A multinational corporation or MNC is one that has business activity with in the two or more countries worldwide. These companies are being managed and have a main office branch in every country, but with the offices worldwide. Simply exporting goods to be sold abroad does not make a company a multinational.

There is no way to lessen multinational corporation and there is no consequences but is and affect. it's always been a business that the goal is to earn money from the other country , but there is a consequence or it will Affect the local Industry in the country because of the multinational corporation been competed to other country. it benefits the the community in every nation.

Multinational Corporation gets Involve in the results of   lacking development of the country, they transfer to host countries of technology they do not need, the use of capital intensive technology that reduces jobs, and the increase in psychological dependence on multinational corporation.it would result that the other business will Compete from other business and the local industry will be affected adversely. researching your market and your customer needs and developing new and improved products and services to fit these needs.

The multinational corporation lack of researching and developing the market and the customers need and developing new and improved products and services to fit these needs.
